Integrating

the creativity of the soul,

curiosity of the mind,

and connection of the heart

In my private therapy practice, my goal is to collaborate with you in creating a path that leads to a more empowered, fulfilling life. I meet you where you are—with compassion and curiosity. Together, we explore patterns, uncover new perspectives, and practice tools to help you communicate clearly, advocate for your needs, build authentic connections, and boldly pursue a life filled with meaning, purpose, and vitality.

My approach centers on two interconnected aspects of your experience: addressing symptoms, behaviors, and patterns that may be causing emotional dissonance while nurturing your growth toward becoming a truer, more authentic version of yourself.

With you, I aim to listen with empathy and truly understand who you are and what you need at each point in our process. I believe that within each of us lies the potential for healing, and together, using my skills, experience, and our collaboration, we will create a path toward lasting transformation.

  • What type of therapy do you practice?

I utilize humanistic, depth psychology, and psychodynamic approaches to therapy. I offer clients a person-centered, empathic environment in which we explore the unconscious influences on thoughts, beliefs, and behaviors.

  • Do you meet virtually or in person?

I hold both in-person and virtual therapy and coaching sessions. We can talk about which format would work best for you.

I believe flexibility is key to consistent care, and I'm happy to switch between in-person and virtual sessions if travel or other factors make meeting in person challenging for either of us.

  • How do you use art in therapy?

I do not consider myself an art therapist, however, I believe in the power of creativity and curiosity, so artmaking often finds its way into my work with clients.

Non-verbal expression is not about skill. It is about unlocking and releasing difficult emotions, and utilizing a non-judgmental tool of art to support growth and self-acceptance through connection, creativity and curiosity.

  • Are you accepting new clients?

Yes. I am currently accepting new clients.
